How to share your Boardly dashboard with your entire company

Steps to share your dashboard with the entire company

On your dashboard, click the "Share" button.
In the modal window that opens, locate the "General Access" section.
In the "General Access" section, change the option from "Restricted" to "Company".
The change takes effect immediately. Your dashboard is now shared with the entire company.
Then choose the role to assign to the entire company: Reader or Editor (see "Sharing Roles" section below for details).

Sharing Roles

When sharing your dashboard with the company, you can choose between two roles:

Reader

Can view dashboard data
Cannot modify anything
Cannot access the list of other people the dashboard is shared with

Editor

Can edit columns
Can edit filters
Can view and edit sharing settings
Can edit data source
Cannot change dashboard owner
Cannot delete the dashboard
Cannot remove the dashboard owner

Tip

Think carefully before sharing your dashboard with the entire company. Make sure the data is appropriate for broad access and choose the role that best suits your collaboration and security needs.

Important Note

Company sharing gives access to everyone with an email address in your company's domain. Make sure this is what you want before proceeding.
