How to add users to your company space in Boardly

Access the company global page

1. From any page in Boardly, locate your profile picture at the top right of the navigation bar.
2. Click on your profile picture to open the dropdown menu.
3. In the dropdown menu, click on your company name.

Steps to add users

1. On the company global page, click on the "Add users to the company" button.
2. A modal window will open with an email input field.
3. Enter an email address in the text field and click "Add Email" to add it to the list.
4. You can also paste multiple emails from your clipboard by clicking "Click to paste from clipboard".
5. Ensure that all emails have the same domain as your company.
6. Click "Send X invitation(s)" to send invitations to all listed users by email. They will be welcomed to your company space with an onboarding.

Consequences of adding users

Role management after adding

After adding users:

• Access the user list in the global company view
• Click on a user to open their profile view
• In the profile view, you can define or modify the user's role
• Make sure to assign appropriate permissions based on each user's responsibilities
