How to share your Boardly dashboard with individuals

Steps to share your dashboard

On your dashboard, click the "Share" button.
In the modal window that opens, enter the email address of the person you want to share with.
As you type the email, a suggestion for the person should appear. Click on this suggestion.
You can repeat this process to add other email addresses if you want to share with multiple people.
Choose the role you want to assign to these people (see "Sharing Roles" section below for details).
Click the "Share" button to finalize sharing your dashboard.

Sharing Roles

When sharing your dashboard, you can choose between two roles:

Reader

Can view dashboard data
Cannot modify anything
Cannot access the list of other people the dashboard is shared with

Editor

Can edit columns
Can edit filters
Can view and edit sharing settings
Can edit data source
Cannot change dashboard owner
Cannot delete the dashboard
Cannot remove the dashboard owner

Tip

Make sure to choose the appropriate role for each person based on their need to access and modify the dashboard. You can always modify these permissions later if needed.
