How to Access the Users List in Boardly

Important Prerequisite

You must have administrator rights to access the complete list of users. If you don't have these rights, please contact the main administrator of your Boardly account.

Access the Global Company Page

From any page in Boardly, locate your profile picture at the top right of the navigation bar.
Click on your profile picture to open the dropdown menu.
In the dropdown menu, click on your company name.

Access the Users List

On the company global page, scroll down to the 'Users List' section.
You will now see the complete list of users in your company.

Users List Features

Filter by role: Use the dropdown menu to filter users by their role (e.g., Administrator, User).
User search: Use the search bar to quickly find a specific user by name or email address.
Access details: Click on a user to access their detailed view.

User Detailed View

By clicking on a user, you will access their detailed view which includes:

The user's current role
The number of dashboards created by the user over time
Other relevant information about the user's activity

Tip

Regularly use the users list to monitor your team's activity, identify the most active users, and spot any inactive accounts that might need special attention.
